Probably neither. You need to use the numbers as a guide only.

I wouldn't target more than 2 Keywords per post.

Put your keywords somewhere in your tags.

Backlnking? Big subject, too big for here in this one reply. But search out high PR related blogs (do follow) and make meaningful comments on them to get started.

        .
Can you elaborate further on this please? What do you mean not target more than 2 keyword per post? If you trying to rank for let's say "Fastest way to lose fat guide" then you would target only two in this title?
        Thanks for your input.

"Fastest way to lose fat guide" is a long tail keyword phrase - not a keyword. I've run it through one of my SEO utilities and it would be really! easy to rank for but it gets no decent traffic - so you wouldn't even try to rank for it.

I didn't test them but more useful keyword phrases (that is, easy? to rank and has good traffic, are likely to be 'lose fat fast' or 'fast weight loss' or, better, 'buy weight loss plan" etc

Here's my recommendation to you. If you want to get good targeted traffic through the search engines you need to invest in a good course in SEO and Keyword Research - not try to learn it in bits an pieces on forums. Proper keyword research and SEO is the bedrock that all online businesses must be built on - it's worth an investment.

    Hi silent11100,

    1. As a general rule of thumb, I will only target one keyword for one article or piece of content.

    2. You should put the H1 tag for the title of your post. H2 tags can be used for the subtopics in your post which should include the keyword as well. I don't use H3 tags though.

First 50 words of your content should have the keyword (BOLDED) followed by one occurrence of the keyword in subsequent 100 words. Remember to include your keyword (ITALIC) in the last 50 words of your content as well.

    3. Building backlinks should be an ongoing process. You should not rush out to get tons of backlinks at one go especially if your website is very new. You may want to try LinkJuicer to start getting some links to your site using social media though.

    Regards,
    Edmund

1 Keyword + sub-topics (make sure it is conversational - Normal conversation is not: "so did you hear about keyword, & then keyword not to mention sub-topic.... repeat keywords over & over)

i am thinking of targeting 3 keywords first one with large amount of traffic 2. with lesser traffic and competition and third same too .
Repeat after me: I will not target non-relative keywords based on traffic. I will only stick to my page's topic which hopefully sticks to my websites topic. - fact - keywords are only as good as your content & website.

2> can you please tell me how should i write my h1 h2 h3 tags ?
They should match the topics they are introducing

3> and if you have any method to create back links fast please share it
1 awesome link is worth 1,000 cr@ppy ones. Just like there is no get rich quick scheme... no get link scheme.

I recently started working with guest authors, but I only will post articles that are original & topical to my business (Internet Marketing & Web Design). For the right person, it is a good link from a topical website.

You need to find websites in your topical area & get linked on them. It is quite a bit of work, but in the end if you are serious it pays off.

    Thank you !! in advance
