A friend applied for Adsense through http://www.xomba.com/users/HISUSERNAME today and within 5hours a reply was received from Google saying that his application was not approved for the following reasons;
- Your website must be your own top-level domain (IANA — Example domains and not
IANA — Example domains).
- You must provide accurate personal information with your application
that matches the information on your domain registration.
- Your website must contain substantial, original content.
- Your site must comply with Google AdSense program policies:
https://www.google.com/adsense/policies" which include Google's webmaster
quality guidelines:

If your site satisfies the above criteria in the future, please resubmit
your application and we'll review it as soon as possible.
what this has thought my friend is that his chances of getting approved are higher if he provides the above information and reapply.
