Almost any niche is possible. For example, I just made a small site in the fitness niche and just chose some keywords that are easy to rank for.

Just go to the G keyword tool and pick some low competition words. Sign in with a google account for more keywords to show up. Do a G search of the keywords and see how big you competition is (check the PR/backlinks/keyword targeting of the sites).

Make sure and look for exact searches and go for some terms with AT LEAST a few hundred searches a month.

    Hi,

I do think it's worth your work to use those health articles you have already written. For most people, the hardest part is the writing, so if you've already gotten that down you're about 10 steps ahead. You can write so many different pages based on so many different key words that it really doesn't matter how competitive a niche is.

For example if you're writing about cancer which is very competitive, you can use other related words in the cancer area to get your self the results you want.

You can use google adwords tool to help find keywords, etc...

You use a different keyword for each page you write so it doesn't matter what your domain name is.

Use a keyword that has less competition and more demand for your articles.
