Good keyword or not? - Please help

I am new at this forum, but I can see that here exists many experts regarding to SEO.
I was able to found a keyword phrase that according to GKT has 3000 exact monthly searces, and broad search is 200.000 per month. Approximate CPC for this phrase is 2 $.

In Google, when I put allintitle operator for this phrase, I get 75.000 results, and on the first place is exact match domain site, but this site has PR 1, 70 links indexed in Google, and Alexa is 19.000.000 (very weak site in my opinion).

My plan is to get the exact match domain also, an be first for this phrase.

Can someone please tell me how hard this would be, and do I may expect some serious AdSense earnings from this?

    If you can get the exact match domain, create 4-5 quality articles with article title containing keywords, then build several qulity backlinks, I think it would be easy to get on the first page on Google. If you want to beat that website ranked #1, you need to do more work. Anyway, the keyword sounds profitable, you should choose it.

      Well, the exact match .org, .com and .net are already taken. But I can insert a hyphen, since this is a 2 word phrase. I don't think that the "-" between this 2 words would make me any problems...

    You wanna take this keywords as your sites main keywords?Maybe the competition is too high,I think.How about using a lower competition keywords?Thus it's easy to optimize,better the articles all optimize for the keywords.

      So you think that competition of 75000 alintitle websites is too high?
      Second page in Google for those results has a PR2, 2000 links indexed,Alexa is 1.200.000 . The reason why on the first place is a site with PR0, and only 70 links, is the exact domain name match. Because the second site in the results is much stronger, but it has not exact domain name.

      I think that I may relatively easy beat this site on first place. I would also take an exact domain name, only with .net extension, it is free, I've checked this right now...

        No domain name is truly free. Look into the terms and conditions of wherever you are getting it from to check for any undesirable terms.

        .tk domains can be used freely however they have stipulations on them such as minimum visits and content restrictions.

        You told us how many searches the keyword gets, you told us how many pages that use the keyword in the page title, but you didn't tell us anything that indicates the strength of competition.

        Search engines rank SERP by relevance, you need to dig a bit deeper to find the strength of competition.

        Based on the little bit of information you did provide, I would say it isn't going to earn you that much ($10-$30 per Mo.), so you want to be sure that it is relatively easy to rank.

            No, not really. You told us how many competing pages but not much about the strength of those competing pages.

            SERP rankings are not based on PR, nor backlink counts. Rankings are based on relevancy, the only thing you told us about relevancy is that one of the competing pages has a relevant URL (in the form of an exact match domain) and that there are about 10k of pages with relevant page titles, but no indication of how strong any of those pages are in the SERP.

            PR means nothing by itself, it doesn't indicate relevancy. The number of backlinks by itself tells us nothing about relevancy. If all those backlinks use irrelevant anchortext then we are looking at weak competition, however if just a few are relevant and have high PR then competition will be much stronger.

              Well, the very first site on Google for this keywords has PR0, and all of 70 baclinks that this site has, also have a PR0. So, it is a very weak page...
