Stick to Basic of SEO, Now on-page optimization is much important then off-page or backlinking. If you website have good unique and quality content which are related to your keywords then surly you will rank well on search engine....

The secret to after panda is the same as it was before panda.

Good content, quality links, better on page and off page seo than your competitors.

Don't use spun content on your money site, but abuse the crap out of it to get backlinks to your site.

Spend more time getting good backlinks than wasting hours building crappy blog comments.

Have a diverse link profile, and grow it constantly and consistently. Always keep adding new content every few days until your site is at least a few months old, then you can slow the content down but keep the links up.

Now the panda update is one of the most significant updates from Google, it surely eliminates all the farm websites with duplicate and spammer websites. You should concentrate on ORIGINAL content and regular updates of you content.

On page and Off page both are very important in SEO because if we do only off page techniques like forum posting, blog commenting but the contents are not quality, keywords are not relevant then there is no meaning of doing these things. So On page techniques like relevant title, keywords and quality contents also important in SEO.

It really depends on what you want to rank for. If you want quick ranking, you need weak keywords.

but if you have weak keywords, the search count is gonna be low usually... so the keywords have to be highly profitable, like product keywords.

If you want long term ranking on established keywords, it's gonna need time and continuous work.

If you want short term ranking on established keywords: That's not gonna happen.

quality are okay for your site post. But, make sure you have it also the quantity. For the link building make sure you use the nice keyword for easily crawling.

Google panda update which is also know as farmer update against the link farmers, link suppliers was a good update by Google few months back. After this update Google looking for good quality content based on this you will get priority in Google SERP results. You no longer go back of poor quality links, just update your web site per/day basis and you will get the results soon

Google panda is only about genuine content on your website, if you have genuine content on your site then panda will never effect your site but in case of duplicate content your site will be dropped down in serp.
