How much can I sell a PR5 link for?

I had somebody contact me about putting a link on my website but I don't really know how much to charge. Any thoughts?

    As much as you want really, it's your site after all. Bare in mind, if they're going to be paying monthly then you can charge them more if they were paying yearly. Combined with the fact if it's in a tough niche, then you can charge them more etc.

    A monthly rate for a PR 5 link, especially one which is within content is around USD 50-80 per month especially if it is in a very competitive niche.

    I would not pay more then $30 a year for one link and that would be only on a condition that there are no more than 20 outgoing links from that page I know a few private blog PR networks that would charge $50/Month for 40-50 high pr contextual links.

      You would be surprised how many people would want to pay more to get these types of links.

    I think the best way is to and search for what people are selling for. I have seen PR3 links going for $5/month.

    But it really also depends on how many links are intended on the homepage.
