Does that mean google also index all my backlinks? I try to check on google webmaster tool but none of them are showing compare to yahoo site explorer. Thus, I was wondering when and how did google index my backlinks.

I get around 250 backlinks from high PR pages ranging from PR 3 to PR 7. This will surely affect my ranking a bit but my ranking keep decreasing day by day after I got those backlinks. When I checked on yahoo site explorer, the backlinks are there and keep getting index daily.

Yes this is true, the fact is that Google shows just overview of your links not all. Whatever you are seeing in the yahoo site explorer will not seen in the webmaster tools.

i did a test before that Google just showed 80% percent backlinks of Yahoo site explorer. If you got many high PR links in a short period of time, you have a big chance to be penalized. So you need to gain some low PR backlinks and do it regularly.

They'll show up in Webmaster tools eventually. Don't worry about it.

I have found that Google does not let you see all of the backlinks that they have indexed - I am not sure why, but this just seems to be the case (at least for me).

In other words they are likely to have found at least as many as Yahoo, but are just not reporting them.

Thanks for great feedback, so how did you measure whether the link is index or not? Using yahoo site explorer?

Google also will only show significantly less than yahoo. This helps protect their algo.

Yeah, webmaster tools won't show all of the links to your site, even if they are indexed by Google. Never have, I doubt the ever will. Your links still will count though.

You will never be able to see 100% of your links through any one service, each se indexes/shows links differently, big G has admitted to not showing all your links to prevent manipulation done via case studies, it's not unusual for your site to dance for a few weeks after getting an influx of link juice, this can be prevented by only applying to an aged domain with a good diverse link profile already already showing in the top 10 pages of the serps, otherwise you can neutralize the effects once its happening by keep on building links with different anchor texts.
