True. As the others have said, it all depends on the keyword you
are targeting, the uniqueness and/or relevance of your content... and
the backlinking you do to the site.

Depends on how many quality backlinks you have built using that keyword and how strong your competitors are, I've seen new sites come from nowhere to the top of page 1 in several weeks if you know what you're doing.

if you do right kind of work in right way then it will take a month to get ranking in 1000 but it entirely depends on strategy and efforts

Honestly I wouldn't worry about the top "1000"; if you do solid on page SEO, you can easily become indexed and within the first 50 - 100 in just a few days. Using proper keyword research I have never had a keyword NOT show up in the top 100 on its first day indexed.

I have also had tons of keywords show up on page one within a few days using just on page SEO. These are keywords with several thousand searches a month and in the medium difficulty range for competition.

In the end it all depends on the competition of your chosen keywords, coupled with your SEO in where you will start once indexed.

Its depend upon how much time you spend on SEO working. In my point of view it make 3 or 4 month easily.
