Creating an SEO Empire...need advice

So I have decided that I want to create private blog network that I can use to help with ranking sites. I understand how the basic structure works and the interlinking and all of that stuff.

The only part I dont understand is the very beginning of it. eg..how to get it started. What should my bottom level sites look like? Autoblogs?

And another thing I need help with is the automation of it. Once you start getting into the 100's and 1000's of sites how do you continually create and update them?

Any advice and tools that help with this would be extremely useful.

Creating a bunch of auto blogs would work, but it could be a lot of work (gotta start somewhere) Another option would be to buy aged sites with content already on them, just buy ones that aren't making that much money for cheap. You just wanted them for link building anyways!

So would the aged sites be the bottom tier of my network? Should I also get a bunch of info sites and blast links to them which would then send links up to my aged sites?

Building a network like this is a good idea - but it requires a lot of work. Have you just considered joining one like Build My Rank or something?

You will probably need to buy age domains as Jeremy said and host them on different servers and continuously update content (I suppose if you let others use your network, they could add content for you).

It is a pretty big job, but I think you could make money by posting links for other people on it.

The whole point of this is to not use someone else's network but rather to create a private network that I own. Im not building it to sell space for links. I want to
use it to rank my clients sites.

With that being said...how would I go about setting up the architecture of it?

just imagine amount of $$$ to get Backlinks for them

Would it be effective if I bought a few high PR sites and then for each I bought maybe 50-100a info sites and then backlinked the crap out of them?

If you build a network, you are going to have to make sure that you are really covering your tracks by getting lots of different hosts, IPs and make it look natural.

Just get started dude..! Buy aged PR domains that have good back links and are not dropped..After 3 months I have a small network of 8 sites PR1-4 that exist purely to provide quality links to my money sites. All sites on diff IP with the links mixed up.. Not all money sites are linked to from each site in the network.. I have tried to buy aged PR sites that have some vague reference to the content of my money sites, this does not apply to all of them though... Its not hard, but takes time to source the domains.. Some links are straight anchor text and some are linked from within relevant content. I have definitely seen some increase in ranking as a result of this technique..

I guess my next question is, assuming I go with this structure, what would I put on these sites and what would you use to do that?

Well, like others said, you could buy aged sites with content already added. That would be the quickest way to start. If you do not want to do that you have three more choices (as far as I am concerned).

    1. Add autoblogs to the sites.
    2. Spin some content yourself (or outsource it) and post it to multiple sites per article
    3. Allow others to submit their spun content, allowing them to leave a backlink to their sites. This would just be to get things started, and then you would eventually only add your links to them from then on (while still leaving the others' backlinks).

Alright that doesn't sound to difficult. Would be a lot of work but that doesn't bother me. As far as linking between the sites...how should that be done?

Ok so please tell me if I'm on the right path.

Let's say I want to rank a local dentist's webpage(just an example). We will call it Joe's Dentistry. I would first create about 10-20 websites that are related to Joe's Dentistry.
    • localbusinesshub.com - A directory of businesses in the area
    • localdentists.com - a site with profiles about dentists in the area with a special one about Joe
    • painfreedentistry.com

Basically just a bunch of sites CLOSELY enough related to the clients site. These would either be blogs or directory sites. (If anyone could give me more ideas of types of sites to make that would be great)

All of these sites would inevitably link back to the main site and other sites so it looks natural.

Unfortunately these sites would have no real link power so I would need to boost them up somehow. Would this be the level that I add my 50-100(or whatever number) of .info sites that have been SENuked, scraped, autoblogged, etc and have them all generate links to the sites I created?

Should anything else be done to the sites I created to help boost their linking power?

To do this properly you're going to need PR juice, and that usually only comes from aged domains. Linking 10-20 PR0 sites to your money site isn't going to give you the movement in the serps you desire, if you had 2,000 of these sites and know how to index links then maybe you will get the movement, unless you have a 50k budget to properly setup your own network then your most cost effective move would be to utilize an existing service to increase your rankings.
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[4546042].message }}
  • Profile picture of the author GregHoggard
The whole point is to not have to rely on other link networks to generate movement. That defeats the whole purpose of creating a network that I own. The 10-20 sites I own that will link to my money site will have their rank boosted by the 100 .info sites that have been linked to like crazy thus improving their ranking

Don't put too much thought into it before getting started. Seo empires are never built via committee. You'll get too much conflicting information to be able to take action in any one clear path.

Just dive in with 50 pr 0 .info sites and build from there.

So should I start at the bottom with the 50 .info sites and then buy my tier 2 sites that will eventually point to the money site?

And what exactly is going to be put on these .info sites?

So is it just 3500 .info sites all at the bottom that link directly to your client's sites or is there some kind of hierarchy to it?

And @matt...I would love to get some advice over PM of how I could go about setting this all up. I have read your posts and I think you are the expert on this subject. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to build my network in the same manner that Marcos made his regarding Local clients.

So here is what I'm planning on doing.
      1. Purchase dropped domains with valid backlinks and PR 3+
      2. Get a database of 200K+ articles in MySQL format and load them into a database
      3. Write a script that outputs 1 article in RSS format based on a keyword eg. rss.php?keyword=plumber
      4. Set up hosting account by using fantastico to install Wordpress on the domain quickly
      5. Upload a theme and install WP-o-matic which allows posts to be made by RSS reeds
      6. Set the WP-o-Matic options and specify new feed based on the script created earlier to create a new post every 24 hours.
      7. Purchase a PR4+ link to show the domain is still active and receiving fresh links

If anyone has anything to add or something that should not be done it would be greatly appreciated.
