Let's say that a site makes $1000 off of AdSense per month.
How much will it be worth on Flippa?
I mean, what is a realistic price to be expected from a sale like that?

I realize that it depends on the niche (some niches are better for adding Affiliate products than others) and it also depends on the traffic (higher traffic sites will cost more even if they generate equal amount of $$$), but still: what is the average expected Flippa price for a $1000/m AdSense-only site?

Generally you'll make between 10 to 14 months of the site's income from the sale, so if your site is making $1000 per month then you're likely to get between $10,000 and $14,000 for it on Flippa.

In Portuguese websites use based on the value gained between 24 and 36 months.

Generally, with the new updates if you can find anything that is legit for less than 10X revenue that is a steal. With the new algo, seo is more expensive and people should expect 15-20X to become the standard.

^^ I've found plenty of "steals" at 5x revenue that's looked/been legit. This might be true in the future, but it certainly isn't now.

The original reply was correct, generally around 10-12x monthly revenue. If you've got a really good sales page, great feedback, etc it can be worth more though.

Sites at $1000 should get 18-24 times rev if they're legit and the seller knows what kind of asset they have. Future looks even better for online real estate moving forward. That said, you can still find some real steals out there from people who have no clue as to what they are selling or are simply desperate for cash.
