Is adsense safe traffic really safe?

A few days ago a found a traffic seller who guaranteed high quality 100% human traffic. I tried the traffic and I am happy with.

The traffic I used are 2 different traffic types. The first one are views traffic, this one has a high bounce rate (about 80%- 90% I think) and it's cheap.

The second one is what they call "focused traffic" and it's 3 times more expensive than the above traffic but it's really worth it. These traffic are visitors who should be interested in reading the content and generating more pageviews. This traffic has a low bounce rate. One of the feature I like is that because the visitors should be interested in the content than the chance that they click ads should be higher and I saw that this is the case.

Also all traffic has direct or blank referrer. They assure me that it's untraceable. The traffic is also worldwide. They assure me that this is 100% safe but every seller who sell adsense safe traffic will say that.

So the big questions is, is this really safe?

I tried to find out myself but it's still not clear for me. Some say that this is really safe and some say that it's not safe. I have been using this for a few days and saw my earning increasing but I am still afraid that I will get banned.

Another thing: the sites I sent the traffic are ranked in Google, it gets visitors from Google one of them is on the way to rank 1. I already get 20-50 visitors a day from Google on this 1 site.
