How to Rank Blogger Blogs

Hello,

I would like to know how to rank Blogger Blogs (i.e blogspot domains) higher in SERPS, Can a blogspot domain outrank a .COM domain?:confused:

Please provide me with any information regarding the above question.

    The answer to your question is: yes.

    Google attempts to rank pages according to their relevancy to the term being searched. So if you have a page that is more relevant than others it doesn't matter where it resides.

    The real question is: How does google determine relevance? And the answer to that is, only google's engineers know. There are lots of theories and the answer is constantly changing as the algorithm changes.
