Hey fellow warriors,

What are some sites that you use to get some good links?

Anything relevant in context, niche, keywords, LSI etc. to my own sites. Because those are valuable backlinks.

So, for me, that means having my articles syndicated to relevant sites in the same niches as mine, and offering blog-comments on relevant blogs, and forum-posts in relevant forums, where the backlinks are worth a lot to me.

I'm actually doing all those things primarily to attract targeted traffic, not for SEO, but the relevant backlinks are a really valuable SEO bonus for all my sites, too. Sometimes off-page SEO becomes easy when you don't try too hard, but just let quality and relevance take over, because those are the criteria that matter to Google, too, nowadays.

"Numbers of backlinks" alone, and "page ranks" don't help a lot, now. You can see this from how often lower-PR pages with fewer backlinks outrank higher-PR pages with more backlinks in Google's SERP's. It's all about quality and relevance, now. They're miles more important than all the mass-submission, low-relevance, untargeted backlinks I used to try to get, which never got me very far at all until I learned why and changed the ways I was doing it.

Joining forums that are related to your niche would be a great way to create backlinks and build relationships with your target market.
