Moving content to new domain?

I had a review site, but the domain name wasn't very keyword optimized so I bought a new domain containing a better keyword.

I've deleted the reviews from the site about 2 weeks ago. If I put the same reviews on the new domain, will Google see this as duplicate content or will the content no longer be in the index after Google next crawls the site?

I searched on Google for part of the review text in quotes, the only result which came up was an RSS feed site. Is this enough for it to be deemed as duplicate?

Also, is there anyway I can determine when the site has last been crawled by the search engines?

    You should have left the old site up, and just put a link to the new site
    and add new content to the new one. Then, maybe a year, you can
    just 301 the site.

    There is no duplicate content penalty for that duplicate content.

    Obliterating indexed content is never a good idea.

    Having second thoughts about a domain name, after establishing the
    site is not a good practice either.

    Don't put too much faith in a brand new domain. If it were only
    that easy.

    You are basically starting over. Building with the same content is
    perfectly okay, but like I stated above, it should have been left alone.

    Since you obliterated everything anyway, you might as well just 301
    the old site globally to the new one. Maybe you can pick up a few scraps
    of traffic while the iron still has a little heat.

    Paul's right about pretty much everything. I don't think you'd have to wait a year to 301. Just let Google index the content, then hit it with a 301 after. It'd normally take like two or three weeks. This is to avoid any downtime from the site having to be indexed for the new domain. You'll still need to reclimb the rankings, although the 301 will help with that.

    You have Two options or this
    1.301 redirect from old domain to new domain (OR)
    2.First Remove your old domain from Google Database by using Google URL Removal option and then start SEO for your new domain.
