Its just normal & called Google dance. Your site will come back. Do one thing, keep posting relevant fresh quality contents and build authority backlinks. Soon it will be back on the 1st spot.

By the way if you want to check is your site sandboxed then simply put this query in the Google and if your site comes up in search then your site is NOT sandboxed.

    Here is the query.

    site:yoursiteurl.com

    That's it.

    Hope it will help.

i hope i will bounce back to rank 1 soon

If you're still getting traffic, you probably haven't been sandboxed. If you have however, there's still a way of getting the ban lifted by filing an application for reconsideration here - www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration .

Just be really courteous when filing the application and give solid reasons as to why your site/ blog should be allowed out of the sandbox. Also say sorry for whatever mistake you had made and why you had made it.

Hope it doesn't go to all this and that you've just been caught in the dance.

      All the best!

You can just check if your site is sand boxed by typing the following query in Google: site:www.yourdomain.com or site:yourdomain.com. If your site shows up then it is Google dance otherwise your site is sand boxed.

Yes this is the correct way to check. Also if you search for the keyword and your site has only dropped one or two positions then it's most likely due to a slight change in algorhythm or changes on competitors websites.

Just keep building quality content and think about your customers.

What is the PR of your site?

Were you actively building links? Did you stop?

What kind of links were you building?

Make quality backlinks and you'll be sure to return to no.1 spot after the dance

Google dance: when Google changes its search algos, your site's ranking in the SERPs can fluctuate. It's called Google Dance.

Google Sandbox: When your site is new, Google reviews your site. During this period, does not appear in the SERPs. This period is called the Google Sandbox.

Ahh, it's nothing any google dance or google sandbox. I think it's your computer fault, means clear your cookies. cool check by site:yourdomain with google search box. if it's showing any thing about your web sites then make sure you are not in sand box.

I also had the same thing happen. Was #1 for keyword and then dropped of the face of the planet. It seems to be slowly coming back. Added some more content recently and did some more back links. Hopefully this helps.

From few months I also suffer same problems but it is common, Google dance and send box are different things Google dance means your site keywords drop in the Google ranking for some time but If your site in sendbox then nobody can pullout it without healthy 1way same niche dofollow links, so I want to give you advice for check your site's backlinks and remove if any of them count as bad neighbor links.
