META tags are hidden codes in the head area of your site pages and will be used to communicate with search engines.
The 2 most important Meta tags are Description and keywords.
Meta tag description should be 25 to 30 words or less than that but don't use more than 160 to 180 characters total with spaces counted. Anything more than that will be considered spam for many search engines.
Keyword Meta Tag should be 15 to 20 words max. You should not repeat your keywords for more than 3 times or it will be considered as spam. And you should always include on the keywords that are in the main content section of your page.
