Struggling with Backlink creation

I'm fairly new to Affiliate Marketing and I'm trying to get a handle on Backlink creation. Based on recommendations of others I have done the following to 3 new affiliate sites I created.
Purchased 200 backlinks from: backlinksphilippines.com on July 21/11. I then followed this up by purchasing 200 backlink boosts from: Nuclear Link Indexer on Aug 22/11 for the same list of purchased Backlinks.
As of today I'm seeing no increase in the number of Backlinks my 3 sites have.
What am I missing here? I realize the boosting is a gradual thing - not done all at once. Do I need to wait longer to see any results? Did I allow to great of a gap of time between purchasing the backlinks and boosting them? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Don't expect the links to start working like magic. As you said you must build gradual links that appear somewhat natural leaving the least amount of pattern. Google recently said that it changes it algorithm almost 2 times every day of the year. Well this means that link building and general SEO have some challenges and uncertainties. Give the links some time. Keep building links and create a good mix... make things look random.

I think with the "random" techniques... so don't links to more than a few in one site?? for the example only commenting 2-3 times (for the same links) in a dofollow web?

Yes, i would wait a bit longer. Also, I would download SEO Spyglass and check whether your links have been indexed or not.

What are you using to check for backlinks?

Don't over-do it with links to new sites or it might do more harm than good.

I think you should wait more as backlinks need sometime to get indexed in Google.Although the process can be faster by doing some extra job like pinging or creating RSS.

Work on getting your backlinks crawled by Search Engines. The job is not done with just gaining backlinks to your site. You also have to make sure that where you drop your links are fetched by search engines. If it helps to compile them on an RSS feed and have the rss link be crawled by the SEs, then do it. Alternatively, you can use pingfarm to ping all your backlinks that are not yet recorded by search engines.

Your best bet is to create backlinks as consistently as possible rather than sporadically once or twice a month. Shoot for weekly if you can. Also, make sure your links are getting indexed.

Depending on the competition for your keywords, it could take some time with a low volume of backlinks.

It's always best to go for quality backlinks that are valid and relevant to your niche.

I'd rather have 20 reputable backlinks than to have 200 sporadic, erratic and irrelevant links from nomansland.com

Have you been able to verify your backlinks with whoever did it for you? A lot of providers supply a report so that you can see what sort of relevancy is targeted in order to hone your rapport with the provider so that they are aware of your preferences and expectations.

If I were you I'd be extra careful about buying links: are they quality links, relevant to your niche? Do you have full control over what backlinks you have? You better - because the last thing your new site needs is trashy backlinks from casino sites or link farms. that's a sure red flag to google

You can get the back links with the forum posting, blog commenting, article submission , directory submission and many more off page techniques but you have to write the quality and attractive contents in it.

I would want a report of the links created by those services and check them at random to see if they are indexed. You didn't mention where these companies are making links but if they are making them in forum profiles they may never get indexed. Those also tend to vanish even if they do get indexed. Mass blog commenting and posting to PR n/a blog farms often has similar results.

You should start doing your own research while doing link building.. If you purchase backlinks from somewhere those will not related to the niche of your site and ultimately becomes useless for you..Try to build relevant backlinks..those will counted in search engines...You can write some unique articles and start submitting them to various article directories.. rankings will come quickly..
