    Isn't that canibalism?

I think it also depends on what kind of subject/type of blog you have.

Why would you want to do that?

Each post is one more opportunity for you to grab top SERPs....so take advantage of that!

Even if you just minutely change your keywords (ie, long tail thingees), it could make a positive impact over the days and weeks and months of you posting.

    Hey,

If you are only targeting one keyword then it's ok to use it in every post. However, I'd highly recommend finding more than one keyword to target and using a combination of keywords in the plugin/in your pages and posts.

You might want to consider using one main keyword across your whole site and then using long tail keywords as well as your main keyword in your posts.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks
    Eleanor

You can use every post but why would you want to? Unless you are just after ONE keyword that is super niche and you can't find other keywords, I don't see the point. Target as many keywords as possible but mention the main keyword in each post.

If you only want to rank for one keyword then you can go this way. You can rank these sniper site style sites. For example you get the domain xyproductreview and want to optimize the site just for that keyword: xyproductreview then I you can go on an write 2-3 post (each 600-800 words) about that particular product (keyword).
This way you can try to rank for just one keyword.

So, the simple answer is yes if you only want to rank for one keyword.

      Cheers

Yes, you can use the same keywords, but it is recommended to use different keywords for different posts. Find long tail keywords that are related to your main keyword. This will help you get more traffic as well.

Make your own experiment though it is recommended that you use different keywords for each post.

      Hi,

I just installed AllinOne plugin and have a few questions:

      1. I am confused with %blog_title%

why would I want to put it in all titles as suggested by default?

      2. Would you recommend some good tutorial on allinone pugin

      3. I've noticed that Meta tags are just repeated lower on the page
(I have them already on the top. Why would I want them repeated?

      Thanks
