Question on 'Build My Rank' - How Many Links Will I Get From 1 Submission?

I am currently using the trial version of build my ranks. I am wondering, how many links will I get from I submissions?

In it, they say that the article will be send to rss feeds and social bookmarking websites, does it mean that it's a linkwheel format and I only get 1 link from 1 submission?

    I've been using BMR for about 5 months now and, from what I've seen, you get one backlink/post. I believe that the social bookmarking and RSS feeds are used to get your links indexed (which BMR succeeds in doing close to 100% of the time) and that's about it.

    With that said, I have found it to be an extremely effective service. Drip feeding a relatively small number of backlinks every day (7 - 10) has gotten me great results for ranking low-to-medium competition keywords across a number of sites.
