Anyone have any idea, indeed this is a low-competitive keyword with 5k exact searches per month.

I found myself surprise when I looks the report I got from my software.

I had do nothing in with, no backlinks no whois submission no ping pluggin no etc.

The only thing I did is create and submit the content.

Weird huh, anyone has experience the same thing, any idea?

The domain is 2 days old, and it's not a old domain.

Edit: Forgot to mention, result appears on Google.

That is true. As there is no competition, you should search some related items such as its long trail keywords and get them ranked to capture your niche marketing. In this way, you can also get more quality traffic.

I managed to rank #2 in a week with 3 pages of content and maybe 5 low quality backlinks for a 6k exact search term.

It's all about competition, or lack of it!
Just goes to show you how important keyword research is!

Ok so the guy ranks good, thanks and congrats to him. What really matters from the SEO point of view is if his ranking high on Google will help him bring that much amount of traffic as well or not? Usually when you rank high for keywords so quickly it means that there is no competition which in other words means that there are a very less number of users who actually use those words when they go on the web. Tell us about the traffic as well. But ranking high in Google is great though.

You can rank almost instantly if you've got lousy competition and good on-page SEO.

Also, don't be surprised to see a sudden drop after the initial honeymoon period. (A few weeks or so.)

Start building those backlinks and you should hopefully maintain your rank.

Sometimes this happens with low competition keywords.

At this point keep adding content to the site, add some backlinks, and watch as you continually move up the ladder of rankings.

Congrats on knocking it out of the park so quickly, and don't get your head down if you see your rankings drop.
