Could it be that some sales or leads are expected when Google Adsense ads are clicked?

If an adsense user has a history of click throughs which seldom or never turn into leads or sales, might Google detect this and just ban that adsense user?

People often complain about getting banned from adsense without being told exactly why.

    There's no way that's true.
    How would Google even know if the visitor clicked site and phoned them to book a reservation?

      This is semi true, if you use Google Analytics along with your AdWords. You will occasionally get some money back in your AdWords account for a few of the bounce clicks.

      It happens for me about once a month.
