The Quote below is self explanatory, since I can't post it myself I would appreciate it if someone would take the time to post it for me... Unless the scenario below is a general problem, in which case please let me know... Many thanks.

I have the same problem with both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
This problem is not limited to myself as I am aware of other people in different areas of South Africa who use different ISPs and who are currently unable to access Google Docs... This includes a business and private persons, who do not have websites, and who only use Google Docs.
Once Logged in to any of the above I am able to access Google Plus and use it with no problem... Once the Browser times out I have to go to Google Plus to Log out.
I am able to log in to Google plus without clearing my history and use it without difficulty .. I am also able to surf to Google.com and other websites without any problem or loading delay.
This problem started last Friday & although I am able to access the Analytics forum and even write a post, the browser times out when attempting to actually post it.
The above isn't a speed problem because I've just done a speed test with following results
Download 7.10Mb/s upload .97Mb/s Ping 56ms
I would appreciate an answer regarding addressing this problem as soon as possible
