Article Marketing Robot Update Error

Is anyone else getting an error when trying to update to the latest version of AMR?

It says you should put the update file AMR.1103 into the AMR directory and then run it, but when I do that I get this error. Is there a solution for this?

I read some of the comments in AMR forum. There maybe an answer to your question there. My problem is that when I try to register for the forum, I don't get a confirmation email sent.
Is there another way to contact Vince?
