Looking for SEM/ADWORDS/SEO expert for medical practice

Our startup is looking for a consultant to help generate local traffic for a new medical procedure to treat prostate malignant prostate tumors (ie. cancer.) This is not a gimmick or supplement, its a $20K procedure for patients who have low risk (early stage) cancer. It is new and a totally revolutionary approach. Since its a medical procedure we have to be careful how it is promoted (ie. limit the claims we make) but it really works and if we can find the right marketer, there is a big opportunity. we need qualified leads. We've found a lot of quacks and fakes in this space but pls recommend someone who has great SEM and experience in healthcare that can help.
