Hi everybody,

As we all know, when you plan to get to the top of Google's search results with a certain keyword (or phrase), one of the first things you have to do, after the initial keyword research, is to evaluate your chances against those who already occupy the top positions... (After all, you will have to replace one of them, if you can ).

There are dozens of opinions on the question of how this evaluation should be done properly, but, all in all, most "experts" claim there are 7 - 8 elements which you have to check with your competitors, in order to determine what your chances are...

I would really like you to rank the elements in the list below, according to their importance (eg: 1 = most important, and so on...)
  1. PR (If those who already occupy the high positions have high PR, how important it is ?)
  2. Backlinks to the page itself
  3. Backlinks to the whole domain
  4. Keywords in domain address
  5. Keywords in URL
  6. Keywords in title
  7. Keywords in page description
  8. Keywords in H1 tag
  9. Length of page's text, and even spread of keywords within text-body
Cheers, Roni
