How to: Successfully Market with Social Media

Hello everybody, I'm going to write a quick guide full of little tricks I've been using to grow my twitter and facebook pages.

Facebook

1. Create facebook fan page.
2. Switch over to your main facebook profile (you won't be able to use the search bar on your fb fan page) and go to the search bar and type in keywords relevant to your website.
3. Right click any fb fan page that has relevant content and "open in new tab".
4. Open as many fb fan pages as you can.
5. Switch over to your facebook fan page and click refresh on all the tabs you opened (this will reset who you're signed in as and will allow you to use click 'like' for each each page.)
6. Without being spammy, leave a nice comment on each page you opened.

I have gained significant traffic and 'likes' from this method.

Twitter

1. Create twitter profile and load your description with keywords without looking like a spammy robot.
2. Using the search bar find profiles similar to your website through keyword search.
3. Browse those profiles followers, and "follow' the ones who you think would most be interested in your website.

Twitter doesn't let you follow 1,000 more profiles than are following you, but over time, the people you followed will follow you and your 'follows' will significantly grow.
