Hi,

I have a good tech related blog and the traffic is also good.

however I'm making $1 for every 10 clicks via adsense


can anyone suggest some tips to improve CPC?

    I sometimes get $1 for 30 clicks, so you have nothing to worry/complain about. It depends on the niche and the advertisers bidding.

    Placing the ads also play big role in increasing CPC.

    Obviously the CPC numbers for the keywords that you are targeting or for the type of ads google is serving on your site, do not pay very high

    Perhaps you should also research about blocking junk ads from appearing

    I would constantly change and test placing and keywords. If you do that good you will know exactly which Keywords and Places brings you the most out of your website

    By the way one fool proof way to increase CPC is to change any 250x250 ad blocks for 250x300 as there are more publishers gunning for this ad size.

    Do your research and learn how to pick higher paying cpc niches. I have had several sports related blogs for many years and they are dog CPCs and no matter what you do placement wise the cpc should be the same.

    I would maybe use CPA offers or Clickbank/Amazon affiliate ads as well to supplement the low output of the adsense clicks.
