Highest Paying Adsense Keywords for the year 2011

This is the regular Orangecopper update post that we publish post our regular research on the high paying Adsense keywords and niche specific keywords that would earn you the most. So in case you are starting a blog primarily targeted at high adsense earning, my suggestion would be first select the niche, develop good content and thereby traffic and further add the adsense on to the blog.

Personally i would not support the keywords specific blogging approach as Blogging should come from your interest and except for quick bucks you would not achieve any long term success without quality content and niche interest.

Below is the list i have prepared based on extensive keywords research using google adwords tool. Hope this helps you!!

waste of time looking at that list

for one thing, its not correct, that is not even the CPC number that is relevant to adsense sites, thats the CPC Adwords charges advertisers for ads on Google.com

how is that relevant to us? the CPC for ads run on webmaster sites is way less than that, Personally I think that list has been passed around so much all this mesothelioma 100 dollars CPC stuff is so misleading. The only data that is anything near correct is , as Jeff pointed out in his post, the contextual tool on adwords.

The MOST I hear webmasters getting paid is 2-5 dollars per click, so something is very wrong with a list showing those types of numbers, even when you take into consideration google paying 68 percent payout blah blah blah, no way does it translate , there would have to be webmasters making 50 dollars per click out there on those type terms and there are not.

Do not look at this list and assume that is anything near to what you will be paid to run Adsense ads in that niche, that is just not accurate , this list has nothing to do with Adsense

  I also thought this list was accurate, and this list is actually the list that comes up on CPC on the google adwords tool if you enable CPC............so I think many people have the impression like I did, HEY WOW LOOK HOW MUCH THESE NICHES PAY, I GET 68 PERCENT OF 60 DOLLARS PER CLICK (or something like that line of thinking)

these lists are not for adsense. if you made a site around theses kws you would have a long seo battle ahead and you will see that your clicks will probably net you 2 dollars

  I too have seen that list on other site and its misleading. I run Adsense on many of my sites and I know which ones pay well and the ones that do not.
  Do your own deligence and seek out the keywords that pay you best. If your
  luck you can find a high paying list like the one from Jeff Hampton he has a FREE offer for his list. No cost.

For all you people out there that are looking at this and thinking its a great thing, its not.

Firstly, like its been said before the information is out of date and blatantly wrong.

And another little nugget of info. If someone is telling you what the highest priced keywords are, dont believe them. Why would they share the data? Why would they let people in on the "secret"? If I knew a keyword that got little competition and a massive CPC would I share it? Hell no.

At the end of the day you cannot guesstimate how much money you can earn from Adsense. The CPC that every newb, and even experienced IM'er, looks at in the Keyword Tool is worthless.

However with these MNS threads popping up everywhere you dont see them telling you that do they? No. They tell you what the CPC is and assume(want you to) you will think you will get that per click.

  You dont. The CPC mentioned in the tool only tells you how much, on average, the advertiser pays.
  
  You get a very small chunk of that. And even that is dependent on location of ads in the blocks, activity of the user, how the user found the website etc.
  
  If someone could come up with the formula of getting from CPC to actual CPC received then they would be a very rich person. Not in terms of people clicking their ads but selling the info to people like us who use Adsense as a source of income.

That is a pretty useless list because it is takes the search cpc into account. While that is a reasonable metric to do niche research, you really want to check the display suggested bid for that keyword.

Anyone thinking to do keyword research should look at the broad markets identified in this great post by wordstream

I looked at one of these keywords in googles keyword tool. It matched my first criteria. However when I looked at the front page results on google there were 7 out of 10 sites that were micro niche sites about that keyword. So this does not meet my requirements, so I would not attempt to create a micro niche site about this keyword. Just giving an example of my thought process to determine what keywords would work for me to build out a micro niche site for adsense.
