I use WordPress Database Backup By Austin Matzko
    It saves all on-page content.

I backup plugins/themes on a spare folder on a separate Hdd so i don't lose those.

+1 this is also what I've been using, sends you an email with the backup daily.

Checkout ManageWP. Great backup options plus the ability to manage multiple WP sites from one dashboard.

ManageWP.com has automatic scheduled backups to your server, email address, external FTP, Amazon S3 and Dropbox. This may be an overkill if you have only one website to backup - in this case I can recommend WP-DB Manager, an old but good WordPress plugin.

I use "BackUpWordpress", it automatically backs up my site for me everyday and keeps the 10 most recent readily available.

    Hi
I'm using backwpup. It can backup the files, the database or both. It sends everywhere you want the backup zipped file, even on a cloud.
Last but not least : i've lost the database for an error and i restored all in a few minutes.

Managewp is great. Hope the final product doesn't cost too much as I'm getting dependent on it ;-)
