How do I find edu/gov blogs with 50 or less OBLs?

Hey,

Long time watcher first time poster here......

I need some help please if you dont mind.

Can someone please tell me how to search to find edu/gov blogs to comment on that have 50 or less OBLs?

I have tried searching the forum to no avail

Looking for help on this one guys

      thanks for the reply. I dont own scrapebox so that cant help me

      I can check them on market samurai but I was wanting to know if there is a particular way I can search for this exact type of blog to comment on.

      Must be 50 OBL or less and a gov or edu

      Help would be appreciated..... in fact I will create 10 backlinks using this criteria for your chosen blog for free if you can tell me how to find blogs meeting my criteria
