I have just spoken with Adwords and they said I will not be eligible for and Adword campaign without a "Prominent Disclaimer." They said it has to be prominent and catches the attention of the user.

Can anyone help me know where to place it. I really don't want it at the top of my site nor on the side. I like it at the bottom but that is not "prominent."

Any ideas?

Also, is there a good template for a disclaimer?

  • Put it in the Top Nav Bar to make them happy.

The reality is hardly anyone ever clicks on them. I use About Pages and Privacy Policy on all my sites. NO ONE VISITS THESE PAGES according to my stats. So it doesn't matter. And it doesn't make your site look worse, it makes it look more professional.

Then you can worry about what people are focused on actually clicking on.

Are you using a software? Or is it just a website? I would make it visible up at the top of the navigation, where the main navigation is. The last thing that you want to do is piss off Adsense lol
