How I Got To The First Page Of Google - In Less Than One Hour

We all want to get on the first page of Google.

This is how I did it.

To start with, I should mention I already had a blog (only a small one with
about eight posts) that is indexed by Google.

The next thing I did was to post an article on www.xomba.com with a link
back to my blog.

I am sorry but I can`t give you the exact title because it will give away the niche that it was in.

But the good news is that within five days my article title on Xomba is on the first page out of an amazing 109 million (109,000,000) competitors! And I am getting traffic from the link on Xomba.

How can this help you?

All you need to do is join www.xomba.com (free) and you can post an article, I think the minimum total is about 150 words.

Then have a link pointing to the link you want it to point to.

Your article will usually go live within a few minutes - and xomba is liked by Google - most of the articles get a very good position on Google.

This information could be worth a pot gold to you, it can definitely help give you some extra traffic.

Hope this helps.

Your not on the first page of Google.

The site you posted the article (you don't own) is on the first page of Google.

    Another EZA scheme...

Thanks, but most of us are looking to rank our own sites on the first page of Google. Not Web 2.0 properties.

Even then, Google is pushing more and more away from ranking Web 2.0 sites on the first page as quickly as they used to in an effort to reduce the spammy SERPs.

I don't think you'll be there for very long...what you're really saying is that it's on the first page of Google, beating out a 100 million competitors, JUST BECAUSE its Xomba...and that really wouldn't make any sense.

    Hi folks,

yes I see what you mean - my website is not on the first page of Google!

I did not intend to mislead anyone with that statement - so sorry if I did.

However for the amount of time you put in to writing a little article and the free traffic you can gain, it can still be worth the thirty minutes work.

    All the best

This is what hurt a bunch of people who solely relied on sources like ezinearticles.com. Once Panda hit, their articles plummeted. And I'm guessing their earnings did too.

Always try to rank your own site over a third party site. You'll be much better off in the long run, even if it does take a little bit more work.

That said, there's nothing wrong with using third party sites as well. And if they rank well? Bonus. Just don't put ALL of your effort into creating content for others instead of yourself.

Agree.. You should always rank your website first before the 3rd party website does for the long run of the business.

I submit an artilce to EZA and its on the first page of google after two days. But the problem is I don't have any competition for the keywords I used. Probably, that's the reason I was in the first page.
