How accurate is the free SEO spyglass

I am cross referencing a few websites, it seems to find way less backlinks than Market Samurai, is this because its the free version?

    Before it was accurate but today, not sure.. But spyglass still a good tool to snatch some backlinks from your competitors.

    yes in your case it is because you are using the free seo spyglass version which limits you to 1100 backlinks and 3 backlink sources (out of 400 something): Yahoo, Blekko and Ice Rocket

    in terms of getting more backlinks than ms, seo spyglass wins by half on average unless you were temp blocked
