Keeping track of ranking?

Are there any simple programs out there that are good for tracking a websites rank for a specific keyword in the major search engines? I have traffic travis but it only tracks the site if it is within the top 100 results. A lot of sites starting out are way down the list so would like it to look at top 500 at least. I'm looking for something that I can put in a URL and keywords, then track a sites ranking daily, then view a "History" later and export it for myself and clients.

There's a lot of power of showing someone that they were ranked # 349 and now ranked #1 or #2...

I'm considering purchasing the following and wondered if any of these will do that?

ScrapeBox:

Article Marketing Robot:

Magic Submitter:
SEO Spyglass

I have the Pro version and fully updated but it only allows me to track top 100. They used to do 1000 on version 3 but now they changed it:confused:

SEO Spyglass is your best bet.

Honestly don't waste your time tracking any results past the first 100 spots unless of course its for clients (as you pointed out)

Tracking past 100 is pointless because its the supplemental results. Consider it the wild west of Google where nothing is normal and sites fluctuate tremendously.

As things get closer and closer to the front page (Pages 2-5) then you can really begin paying attention to rankings and whats going on.

Again, anything 100+ though is a waste of your time.

I think you meant SEO Powersuite's Rank Tracker. Spy Glass will not track rankings.

If you want a desktop tool, Rank Tracker, Advanced Web Ranking, and Cuterank are good. Cuterank is the cheapest, but the reports it generates are an embarrassment that I would never take before a client.

I like both Rank Tracker and Advanced Web Ranking and use both regularly.

I'm leaning more towards Rank tracker. Since I plan on buying spyglass as well ($200 for both) should I go ahead and get SEO Powersuite for the additional other tools? It's only $50 more...

I have pro version of TT but it won't let me view rankings of sites that are not in top 100. Are you able to?

I use Market Samurai for this.] and the Rank Tracker feature.

It works well for me although can take a little time as you add more and more keywords.
