Currently, I found the loading speed of pages on my site is becoming lower and lower, and that negatively effect the VP of my site and SEO effectiveness. So, please advise me how to improve this issue. Your advices will be much appreciated.

Have you already ruled out other factors such as connection, browser or computer?

Yeah, I checked connection, browsers and PC OS. But the logging is really lower than before. So, I want to cut down the size of page to speed up logging. Please help me to figure out. Many thanks.

If using html, make sure your css is in an external style sheet.

If using Wordpress, use a cache plugin, change themes, use a better host or cut down the amount of plugins if you have a lot (ie change to the twenty eleven theme with no plugins as a baseline load speed for comparison).

Also, check image sizes too and make sure they are optimized for the web.

Go to gtmetrix.com and see how your site is performing.
What you have to do to the your site, some improvement suggestions, some optimized images, some optimized css codes etc.
If you use thier suggestions then your website will be very fast.(see the timeline also, which file is taking so long and try to fix it).
The site is using the Google Speed Tool and yslow to display the results.
    Hope this helps.

Thanks, terrapurus, my site is written by html, and I guess the main problem would lie in the image size. As it's a shopping tips site, I have to use many pics to make pages be more beautiful. I will try to make it work better.

A lot of the html themes you can buy also come with a lot of javascript (eg front page gallery transition). You could try jettison some of it if you know what you are doing.
