Hi all,

Not sure if this is a right forum to ask this question.

I was reading and maybe misunderstand that all public domain .gov content could be copied and re-use legally. Am I right?

Could I get some content and spin it for article marketing?

Thanks!

There is some .gov content that is covered by copyright, but the majority of it is public domain.

Not all .gov content is public domain. "Some" of it is. Either way its still duplicate content so why not just use ezinearticle's or PLR its the same thing.

As stated some .gov material is copyrighted so you need to do your due diligence. I use a lot of this material and rewrite it with my own take on things. I leave in all of the main parts of the material but just word it in a different way. it does take a bit of time but it will then be unique content and this is what Google is looking for.

      Regards

      Kim
