Does Google Monitor Their Own Adwords Bans?

My Adwords account got banned a couple of years ago during the "mass ban". I think it was for poor affiliate link landing pages.

Last year Google sent me a coupon for $100 in Adwords because I haven't used my account in so long (duh). I got a little excited thinking I had been re-instated and entered the coupon code and created a couple of campaigns. After a day or two of "ads not showing" I was able to get a Google guy in a chat and he couldn't find the problem. He then realized it was because my account was banned and there was nothing he could do about it. End of that story.

Earlier this week I received an email from Google saying the credit card I have on file in my Adwords account is about to expire and that I need to update it.

It always funny because right after I click a link in these emails I get another email asking me to "rate my experience". I don't want to say what I really think and risk losing my adsense and gmail accounts so I normally just ignore them.

Does anyone else get these emails? I would like to get my account re-instated if possible. Has anyone been able to after getting one of these emails?

Thanks,

The only thing that may work is by creating a new account and using a different credit card.

Although they may have your IP banned as well.

My Adwords is banned too and I just said screw it, been getting pretty good results with the other PPC networks and they're cheaper.

If they want to ban me, screw them.
