Im building an authority site right now. As I start to do the math it seems like its a slam dunk. What ya think...

Let's assume it will have 500 articles and I paid 10 each for them. My cost is 5000.

Let's assume each of those articles bring in 1 visitor per day. That's 500/day or 15000/ month.

Let's assume I get a CRT of 5%.

That's 750 clicks / month

Lets assume I get .50 cents a click.

That's $375/month

Here's where it gets fun. With that revenue I could flip for 4k pretty easy.

But let's be honest. We're gonna do better than 1 visitor/page on average.

Just some food for thought. Seems like break even would be around month 2. Not bad...

    Ha ha numbers gotta love 'em. You seem to be on the right track, but don't count your chickens with a 5%CTR. Can definitely be a lot less. Either way though flipping it would probably be a good idea.

    It's a great long term strategy but for many people this isn't a great business model.
