Hey Warriors

Since I change my hosting account from hostmonster to hostgator, I have some difficulty to index my new websites. Before with hostmonster in a couple of days my new websites were indexed. Now with hostgator it takes up to 3 to 4 weeks. I try everything to speed up : pingomatic, submit video with tubemogul, social bookmark, high PR tumblr, submit site map ...

I am not sure if it is because of the hosting or the fact that all my new web pages have a private whois ? That the only thing I have changed, all my web pages are very similar (travel niche pointing to a different location)!

Someone know why that happen and how can I index faster?

Thanks in advance.

PS I don't want to use webmaster tool and analytic, I am quite happy with statcounter!

using webmaster tools is good actually, it shows everything about your site. search querries, impresions, pages indexed, links to your website and so on.
i think it google webmaster tool helps your site indexing...
and if you used those tools to get indexed faster just wait a little... it doesn`t matter if your site is indexed within a few hours or a few weeks for your site to be in 1# spot in google.
i indexed one of my site within 2 or 3 hours with a free program called "website indexer". and so what if i got indexed? i not even near the 1# spot...

Im with Hostgator and I get sites indexed within a couple of
days. Here is my new website strategy:

    - Place 300 word article on home page and sort out all
    META data.

    - Submit RSS Feed to Feedage.com

Publish post, Bookmark, make a video, Spin article
    all linking back.

With a handful of links you should be fine.

As it's shared hosting, there may be someone on the server who
is spamming which could affect other people on that server?

What I usually do is Blog about my article or website. Sometimes I will have multiple blogs with targeted keywords liking to my article/website. I submit the RSS feeds to feedage.com and feedAgg.com. If these dont work, I do some social bookmarking, I use, Digg or stumbleupon. And I will see the article live usually in a day or two. Good luck.

  • All you have to do is join s few popular forums that allow sig files. Niche does not matter. Forums get crawled over and over.

Place your new site in the sif file area. Post a few comments on the Forum and within a few hours the content will be crawled. How long Google will take to show it in their index from there is up to them of cousre.

I have had sites indexed within an HOUR using this method. I don't leave them in the Sig file, that's not the piont. The point is simply to make them known quickly... then the real work begins.

    Thanks everybody for your answers.

i 'll try already all this methods with the only exception of submit to rss feed, i will try it.

I am thinking the same as Nathan : "As it's shared hosting, there may be someone on the server who
is spamming which could affect other people on that server?" ??

Or maybe because i let most of my domains park for a few month with hostgator ?

I will make a test with a few new sites on a different hosting account to see what happen !

    Thanks a lot

I usually do not concentrate on indexing, I just start backlinking my site and all my pages will get indexed very quickly.
