i have heard that Google algorithm is changed in this Oct 2011. In this algorithm most of the Off Page works like article submission and directory submissions wont get any value and some other process only will play major role.

But am in sure that directory and article submissions will always play an important role to target keywords in all major search engines.

Dear warrior forum readers, Do you have any idea or suggestions about this changes of algorithm, if u have please share with me.

The truth is it's always changing. Just keep doing what you're doing, providing is varied and not spammy and it will turn out okay.

Algorithms will always be tweaked for better results. Follow some rules and you will be fine. Some of the basic ones are -
Good on page SEO and internal linking
      Varied anchor links
      Link velocity
      Get High PR contextual links

I've been following another warrior thread and might answer your question.

Google admits that it changes its algorithm once a day, sometimes even more than that. 99.9% of the time, you never notice it. The continuing Panda updates are nothing more than algorithm changes; they just get a ton of attention.

There's really nothing you can do to anticipate or "brace for" algorithm changes, other than to make sure that you're providing value to your visitors. Are you publishing quality content that helps people solve their problems and get their questions answered? Are you linking to other sites because they're relevant (not just because you agreed to exchange links with someone)? Are you making sure that your keywords fit naturally into your content (and avoiding stuffing)?

That being said, you shouldn't have a website that depends on Google for its sole source of traffic. You need to be looking at other marketing avenues that will get your name, your link, and your expertise out there. That way, if your rankings suddenly do disappear, you will still have a steady flow of traffic.
