I have 1 year old domain that Im getting ready to list - but that Site itself was just loaded on the domain about 1 month ago. I know its good to have older domains. So question is - what do I put for the Claimed Site Age?

PS. Also site has minimal traffic like under 10 hits a day - is that worth even bothering with attaching Google Analytics report LOL

No i did not. I understand about the benefits of selling sites with traffic over selling sites without traffic. But what I'm asking right now is what do I put for the domain age.

The registration date of the domain is June 2010. The site was built and uploaded to the domain and made live on October 2011. WHAT I AM ASKING is which date is the "Claimed Site Age"????

It's a good question, I've wondered about that before too. I believe you want to put the Site Established Age as the date you actually built the site and launched it. I think that is why they have separate categories for registration date and site established. IMO, that will be an advantage for you too, especially if you have little or no income and traffic from the site. An older domain is an advantage to purchase, but if the site was older with no revenue from it yet the buyer might wonder about that. So if they see that the site is recently launched, the fact that there is no income will make sense. You can also explain further in the description area. I could be wrong but that's the approach I take.

And I probably wouldn't bother with the analytics report, I don't think people will think you are lying about that little traffic.

Ok that sounds reasonable - I have panned over every single option - I don't see any that says Site Registration - just Claimed Site Age. Am I missing something or did they change that?

I haven't sold a site for a few months so I can't say for sure. But when you look at sites for sale there is a section for both categories. Maybe Flippa can tell when the domain was registered and automatically puts that domain registration date in. If I were you I would put the site age as the date you launched it, mention it in the sales description, and see what appears on the sales page for domain registration date. Your domain is only a year old so I don't think it's too important. More important that it is a desireable one.
