For the first time (for as long as I can remember) I noticed today that Google.com is PR9 instead of PR10... Have you guys seen this happen before?

Check it out because it may change anytime...

It's true. I can't believe it!
Maybe it's the result of the latest strategy Google adopted. That pissed of a whole lot of users.
Is this the start of the Google demise? No way! It's just temporary

  It happened a few months ago but Google quickly "corrected it" to PR10 by another PR update (?rollback) within a few weeks. So this is new again and I suspect Google may "correct it" again soon.

Yeah, I just noticed it today, have never seen it below PR10 before. Also somebody else mentioned today that amazon.com has no page rank, and he's right! ("Current Page is not ranked by Google", at least as of now)
