Sure, no one is stopping you.

How hard is it to come up with another title though?

Sure no problem but why? I'd change it up a little bit.

Yes, you can submit your article with same title in other sites.

As others say that definitely you can put the same title for your article but the content has to be unique and different. And i want to say that create the title in such a way that people mostly enter the words for their query matched to your title. So know how people enter the words for their demand and as per that set your title and this will make the huge positive difference for your result. It will take sometime for you to decide which type of words can people enter for their need but this is the easiest thinking. So this way make the best result for your article.

See, there is no harm in having same title for every article published on different sites... But this may impact on the rankings of your article.

For instance, your niche is 'Plastic surgery'... You create 5 unique articles with same title for 5 different websites (every website has its own reputation)

When, someone enters the keyword plastic surgery, Google looks for 'Plastic Surgery' keyword in your title... Finding every article same, it may prefer to display one instead of all 5 articles in the search results.

So, its better to create different titles for different articles.

To those that posted to this thread thanks so much your words
Are helpful ...however I'm wondering c.Rebecca you stated that
If I post the same title as long as it's unique content then it's fine
But it may effect my google search what I'm wondering though
Is how can I come up with mutiple titles for the same keyword and make it
Sound relevant ? Being that there are so many variations of a
Phrase , I don't want it to make sense ... Make it eye catching to my audience
Does this make sense ... ? I hope so ... Sometimes , the thoughts sound great in my head but not always on screen

It would not surely take years if you change your title wouldn't it? But if that's what you want you could do it.

Well if it's a very commonly used title, i would suggest changing it as it may affect the marketability of your article due to competition. If not, I wouldnt worry about it that much.
