Question on Auto Links

Hi, I would hold off purchasing digi auto links for the time being. It's a resource hog even on a 2gb VPS and it's not without issues which I've pointed out to support who has yet to actually do anything after pointing it out 4 days ago. I'll keep this thread updated should things turn out ok but at the moment I would hold off. I'm actually considering a refund which I've mentioned to them which they respond by promising help. I would like the plugin to work as advertised but on three different VPS configurations it chews up RAM and there are also plugin function issues as well which may not be major but without support they aren't going to go away and the plugin isn't doing it's job properly.

I have DAL and so far it is going fine, no complaints. As far as the support it has been great considering they are under a lot of pressure getting this released. As like any new release, support will be slow at first, just give them a chance and you will get your answer and at the same time you will end up with a great great program that will give you your money's worth John

Never trust on auto links because they are all spam and not good for business.

Digi Auto Links is being kept updated. I am the developer of the product, and deal with all technical support issues also. Of late there have been no major issues for the product and it is working well (which considering the complexity of the program is quite amazing I think.) Obviously if it isn't working for you then I will take a look. I will continue to improve the plugin as time permits among other projects but there are no known bugs preventing the plugin from working at present.

Yes there was a lot of support and updates required during the launch period and I'm sorry if I couldn't keep up with everyone's issues at once, it was a lot of pressure on me personally to resolve hundreds of support tickets and do updates, there were a number of unexpected issues with the plugin that needed to be resolved, but that time is passed. As for the resource usage issue that has also been taken care of also there are now settings included where you can alter the number of requests and delay between them, this solution was not something I found straight away unfortunately but seems to have resolved the excessive resource usage issue and it means it can be adapted to servers which have much less in the way of resources available.
