Facebook ads NOT DELIVERING?

Hey Warriors!

I've had a lot of success in the past with Facebook ads.

I've gotten MILLIONS of impressions.. and thousands of clicks.

Some clicks as low as low as $.01usd and most clicks around $.06usd.

I recently tried to create new campaigns in FB ad center and NONE of my new ads are being displayed.

They all get approved but come up with a warning icon and when clicked it says "Ads not delivering modifications recommended"

But they don't say what to modify.

So I went back and raised the bid prices to the middle of the suggested range.

They all get RE- approved but come up with the same warning icon that says "Ads not delivering modifications recommended"

I went back and raised the bid prices to ABOVE the suggested range.

They all get RE- approved but come up with the same warning icon that says "Ads not delivering modifications recommended"

I went back again and again.. editing grammar and punctuation.. uploading new images etc etc etc

Everything I can think of but still no ads displaying..

When I email FB support I just get back form letters with no useable info

Has anyone else had this problem?

Better yet .. any one know a SOULTION?

Thanks so much in advance ya'll!

Did you edit your targeting? Maybe the audience isn't large enough. I've got that message a couple of times but in most cases, it was because of the bid. In some cases, it was because of my targeting options.

I thought about that but haven't tested it.. Some of my audiences are larger than others.. I have a campaign that is set to 100,000 and some smaller local ones..

I just created a new ad for 4,000,000 users .. so let's see if that's the solution..

I thank you for writing and I'm glad FB is working for you but let's hope you're wrong for me lol I want to be able to target local markets! haha

Agree with Mekap04 - it's always been from the audience being too small in my experience. The potential audience just isn't online enough to drive impressions or clicks.

Would an audience of 100,000 be to small though?

As a hypothetical example.. let's say I'm targeting men between 18-25 who like Kim Kardashian that live in the United States for a dating site offer and FB says 102,118 people match the criteria..

Then I want a separate ad to show to men 25-35 who like Kim Kardashian which has 118,867

And lastly men 35-50 who like Kim Kardashian which has 92,109

All for the same offer but I want different ad criteria based on age.

Then I want to show the same dating site to women.. but of course I want a different ad based on gender..

How would one target users based on certain criteria if any result other than completely broad is too small to target?

That being said why would they give you the info to target if any criteria you select makes the audience too small?

Yeah Facebook Ads are funny like that, they only work on small demographics and even then the conversion rate is minor.

This is because people on Facebook are just browsing around, not REALLY too phased by what is on your page.

Comparing to Google where people are actually SEARCHING for the info on your site.

I'm testing some more ads.. all to FB fan pages.

Most with the same types of target audiences.. segments of about 100,000 people

And one ad with an audience of 4million plus.

The 4million plus ad received a whopping 155 impressions in the last 48 hours.

I used to kick ass with FB ads..like to the point I had to TURN OFF the traffic because I'd go over budget... but since their changes I'm really confused..

I've never had that much success with fb to be honest. The fact that you got that price for your clicks is amazing.
