It no longer exists in the old format
see this at the site explorere home page

With the completion of algorithmic transition to Bing, Yahoo! Search has merged Site Explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools. Webmasters should now be using the Bing Webmaster Tools to ensure that their websites continue to get high quality organic search traffic from Bing and Yahoo!.
Please check the following blog articles for more information
We'd also like to recommend Sitemaps a useful mechanism to inform search engines about pages on their sites.
You can stay current with the latest news and information by visiting the Yahoo! Search blog site

Personally I would migrate to using Majestic SEO : Site Explorer

    tons better and more informative

At the moment I can't actually see it in Bing Webmaster tools so there may be a transition delay - ot they have just hidden it well!

It may be part of the individual site data when you register you sites - but I can't see that either at this time.

I actually heard and read somewhere that they were closing it down, but It didn't close down. Maybe they might be closing it down soon, or I could be wrong. You can use google if you want, I know it's not a good as the yahoo site explorer. in google just type site: http://yourwebsite.com and it should work.

It isn`t working now. If you need some other link checker keep reading:

    Yahoo Site explorer alretnatives:

    1) Bing Webmaster (just search on google I can`t post links sorry)

    2) MajesticSEO

    3) Open Site Explorer

    4) Blekko

    5) Ahrefs

In my opinion MajesticSEO and Open Site Explorer are the best ones I will miss yahoo explorer

Alas poor YAHOO we knew him well, perhaps not so well, but who can say. YSE was a max program. BING sux. It is not a great a tool for us. Google only give you a few of the sites that link to you. Basically, we are so screw up on this one.

I think it is in Bing webmaster tools. Only a matter of time before Bing wipes Yahoo off the map. Bing's intentions has never been to work with yahoo, but to take over that company. If Bing can't take over Google's market share, then go to plan B and take over yahoo's market share IMO
