I have a new site which got my Adsense account banned. The reason (maybe) that it was banned is because I coded the html by myself and pasted adsense code directly in the html files without considering Google's TOS such as proper ad placement, etc.

Now I got my new adsense account, and I'm planning to use Wordpress in that website. If I put my new adsense code in that website that using wordpress, will I get banned by Google? Considering that site was once get banned.

Thanks.

There's nothing wrong with pasting adsense code directly into html.

And I'd be willing to be that you'll be banned once again when they figure out you have a second account -- especially if you put it on the same site.

Google banned you for a reason, try send an email and ask nicely to adsense support team. And don't put your new adsense code back on website that has got banned before.

One of the better methods to avoid the ban would be to claim the site being flipped so that it almost looks like the site has been sold. After this you can simply start adding ads onto the site, and if banned, send a message claiming to be the new buyer of the site, and hopefully things should go smoothly from there on.

One quick question, if the account is banned in google that includes the domain names that was parked, will the domain name will still be banned even if I have to sign up with a new account and will have to move the domain name to another hosting company?

Google bans are always for a cause. Why dont you ask customer support for a precise reason that led them to ban you? The other important thing is you should try Adsense somewhere else rather than inviting them to hammer you down again.

The ads you are seeing right now on my site is not my adsense account. It's from the template that I have downloaded. So I'm just thinking that since that adsense account is continuing serving ads, it will also be okay to put my own publisher id in it. But as many have said in this thread, that I should not risk putting my new adsense account.
