1- Use SEO basics - Titles, Meta tags, images name, etc. that match the keywords you are targeting
2- Put an outgoing link to other pages like Contact, Privacy and Admin page
3- Use original content don't sue some sentences use many paragraph
4- Focus on specific keyword
5- Opt in forms should be lower on the page
6- Improve Quality Score for the landing page until landing page is great

    Good suggestions, especially 4. Many people are lazy and use one landing page for all their keywords in a campaign, which will result in a very medicore quality score for most of them.

    5. As long as they are not pop ups, and as long as they do not ruin user experience, you will not get affected by opt-in boxes.

    one thing that ppl are not talking about here in particular is, ACCOUNT HISTORY!

    If you're new to adwords, ie, an account that is less than approx 3 months old, you can face higher keyword costs. Once you get past that barrier, and assuming one is doing things correctly from the onset, you'll have low keyword bid costs... It's the same deal at ebay, you need to establish yourself first before you get services cheaper.
