Does anybody know if it would be breaking Adsense TOS if one were to place hyperlink which links to a Adsense ad? For example if one had a site on bass fishing and hyperlinked to a Adsense ad on the sidebar is that against the TOS?

    Just dont..

lol adsense is probably itching to ban you already, just because they like to ban people. this is just giving them a reason to do it faster.

You'd be wasting the advertiser's money. I would avoid doing that.

The words "Instant Ban" spring to mind, adsense is a long game and they have around 100 people in the UK alone working on anti-fraud, so the chances are whatever you are thinking of to beat them they have thought of it already. And of note is that they do call it their anti-fraud department and in most countries fraud results in a daylight view behind bars...for a few years or 15 or more in the USA. I have written a book on the whole google adsense application thing etc, highlighting just what not to do to get banned, and just what to do to get approved overnight. Can't PM anyone back for another few posts. But if you do PM me I'll get back to you as soon as I can (50 posts?)

Bad idea, just as it is to send PPC traffic directly to websites with Adsense enabled pages, especially from networks like Adon Network.

Adsense uses advanced javascript, tracking each impression, and even where the visitor clicks on the ad. Using the same link, which would never happen for real, would probably result in a ban after the 2nd or 3rd click.

Be patient, and play the game right.

Yeah I'm pretty sure this is against the Adsense TOS...but why don't you just go over to Google and read the terms...it's like 2 pages long if memory serves...
