I just finished the content for my website and have placed my targeted keywords in the content. My website is a simple black and white WP theme nothing to eye catching. I'm offering a health supplement and have a couple of banner ads of the product I wanna throw up on my site.

My question is what has worked best for you for a higher conversion rate? For example alot of banners on your site? Maybe just one product? should I use banner ads? should the content be review style or personal experiences?

What has been working best for you????

Thanks guys!

Is your personal experience not a review of the product?

Products that I started off targeting with affiliate links sometimes ends up converting surprisingly better when switched to AdSense, and vice versa. So after you get some traffic, test out different ways of monetizing. Generally, I don't like a ton of banner ads if they're all promoting the same item.

For price comparison, links to different retailers (for the same item) can be useful to the reader. It can keep your reader from leaving, if you're just trying to stuff the highest converting one down their throat.

Well the content in my site is basically a review but it only talks about one product and I do not have adsense on the site yet.. The product I'm promoting is a CPA product..

Not sure if it would be wise to add alot of the same products on mysite..

Or just focus on one product..

dont clutter up your site with bannes, cos the rest stuff (your reviews or so) will go to the dogs !if its a CPA,focus on it only.but thats only my tip,you choose

For the best way to get the higher conversion rate is the blogs and articles. As people always choose such sites and results that has the detailed information for their query, and blog & articles are the only thing that be helpful to promote the more content on the topic. And in reading lot of stuff they spend more time to the site and also the blog comments be helpful to keep the visitor engage with your site.

I believe, you are creating a website just for monetization. In order to make money you have to work upon your content and make sure all the banners you are placing on the pages are in context to your content.
